Dr. Sulak attended California State University, Stanisluas as an undergraduate, then studied at Northwestern University where he received his DDS [Doctor of Dental Surgery]. In 1991 he began practicing family dentistry in Modesto.

In addition to his practice. Dr. Sulak is active in the Stanisluas Dental Society, California Dental Association. American Dental Association, Modesto Rotary, Modesto Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a volunteer for Stanislaus County Department of Education.

Dr. Sulak is a member of the Input Study Club, a local dental organization comprised of general dentists and dental specialists. This organization meets monthly to study the latest techniques in dentistry and provides a forum for general dentists to share with each other and dental specialists.

Dr. Sulak was born and raised in Modesto and is a graduate of Beyer High School. Away from work, he enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, and cycling. He is married to Dr. Crystal Sulak. She is also a practicing general dentist in Modesto.
